Hello and welcome to the McAuslan Malting and Distilling site. Our young company is committed to developing outstanding distilled products for consumers.

These will feature a mix of the traditional, such as our gin, while at the same time we will leave tradition behind by introducing  forward thinking  products such as our Holy Smoke! Gin. 

We have other things in mind to make, and  things not yet imagined.

Our promise to you is that we will make the best products possible, and use local materials and labour whenever possible.  We will never leave you bored with what we do, and we hope that this will earn your interest and occasional custom.
